This feedback informed subsequent design iterations. The second and third sessions utilized Maze, a testing platform, for scenario-based testing with clickable prototypes of the teacher dashboard. Participants provided feedback on usability, clarity, and their overall experience using the dashboard.

HIGHLIGHT

NIQ forecasting tool is a solution within NIQ Studio Suite that helps brands predict the sales and market performance of new or renovated products with high accuracy and actionable recommendations. It combines the insights from behavioral science, neuroscience, and predictive analytics to understand consumer preferences and decision-making. As UX designer, I worked with another designer, 3 project managers, 20+ developers, and 5 QAs on this project. I conducted extensive user research, streamlined internal processes, led interface prototype design, enhanced the usability and satisfaction of the tool for the users. Impact: • Successfully converted complex workbook tools into efficient and intuitive web-based solutions, achieved a 30%+ increase in user satisfaction. • Refined testing methodologies that resulted in a 60%+ increase in user engagement rates.
