How might we empower users to monitor launches and make data-driven decisions across the entire launch lifecycle from planning to post-launch analysis?

NielsenIQ's Product Innovation team identified a significant challenge: there was no single solution providing the visibility and context necessary to determine if a launch was meeting its objectives. Clients faced struggles when performance deviated from plans, making it difficult for them to diagnose issues and simulate actions. Launch Tracker is a solution designed to offer a comprehensive and actionable view of new product launch performance. It enables users to integrate different data sources, compare launches, and make informed decisions to ensure products stay on track. I collaborated with two project managers, conducted extensive user research, and designed every screen and state of the tool.
